Job description

Our manufacturing client is looking for a Quality Team Leader in the Portsmouth area.

They are looking for someone who has:

1. Experience in supervising the other members of the team on day-to-day managing and planning of workloads.
2. First Article Inspection Reports.
3. Be responsible for the reject process from customers and internal reject processes.
4. Process Inspection - crimps and soldering.
5. IPC-620 Standards are preferable.
6. Ability to read drawings.
7. Ability to carry out Continuity Testing.
8. Ability to use simple measuring tools.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Customer contact on queries.

The ideal candidate would have the ability to read drawings, use simple measuring tools, and carry out tests. They should have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Working hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
