Overview: This is a brand-new position following a company restructure for a Quality Systems Manager. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing all quality systems.

About You:

• Qualified to HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
• Experience managing food quality systems
• Degree in Food Science or related field with strong knowledge of quality systems
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with UK retailer standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day quality systems to BRC 9 standards
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance with retail standards
• Maintain food safety standards across the factory
• Prepare systems for audits to ensure readiness
• Lead food safety and quality risk assessments in line with customer requirements
