A Quality Systems Manager opportunity is now available with a growing engineering business that provides bespoke manufacturing solutions to a wide range of high-spec sectors. Quality Systems Manager Responsibilities Include -

  • Managing, maintaining, and improving the Business Management Systems (BMS).
  • Coordinating internal audits, documentation control, and Management Review activities with internal teams.
  • Leading external audits and acting as the main contact for third-party certification bodies.
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across departments through internal audits.
  • Supporting QA initiatives and contributing to PDCA cycles to enhance system performance.

Quality Systems Manager Desirable Skills And Experience -

  • Experience working within a similar role (BMS Manager, QHSE Systems Manager etc).
  • Certified Lead Auditor to ISO 9001:2015, good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, 45001.
  • Experience managing or transitioning BMS in SME manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail with documentation, process mapping, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
