Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead Manufacturing and Product Quality at the Chippenham site. You will drive the QMS and integration of quality across the product lifecycle, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and R&D to improve manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, and FMEA activities.
• Drive yield improvement, process capability, and defect reduction initiatives.
