Job Title: Management Systems Engineer

Location: Bath

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Systems Engineer to join our team in Bath.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our organisation's Business Management Systems (BMS).
  • Coordinate and support internal and external management system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
  • Support the development and maintenance of business management system documentation, focusing on standards such as quality, environment, health, and safety.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and standards, providing subject matter expertise.
  • Facilitate the management review process and prepare necessary information.
  • Engage with stakeholders with a coaching mentality, focusing on training and development of the internal audit team.
  • Promote a culture of process-driven compliance through collaboration and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance-focused roles, preferably in manufacturing or relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of nuclear industry and requirements is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in systems software and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor, or relevant ASQ certifications are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
