Qualifications

• 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement.

Job Description

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits to assess standards adherence.
• Help resolve quality-related issues, providing technical support and solutions.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and procurement teams to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
• Support the analysis and investigation of customer complaints related to quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics like waste management, carbon footprint, energy, and water usage.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Work with teams on energy-saving, waste reduction, and resource conservation projects.
• Support continuous improvement programs for quality and sustainability performance.
• Participate in quality control, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency in quality and sustainability processes.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing reports on audits, metrics, and compliance.
• Maintain records of activities and documentation.
• Prepare presentations for internal reviews on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• 3-5 years in quality, sustainability, or environmental management.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and sustainability standards.
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with management software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills focused on process improvement.
