We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the administrative and data aspects of the Family Nurse Partnership Programme.

Successful candidates will join a dynamic team committed to improving outcomes for children through service transformation and partnership within the Public Health agenda.

You should be innovative, contribute to service development, and possess excellent IT skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Accuracy and timeliness are critical to ensure the programme meets data and administrative requirements.

Main duties of the job

  • Support the quality of the programme through various administrative functions.
  • Accountable to the FNP supervisor, responsible for data management, collection, and analysis.
  • Oversee data entry, validation, and analysis using Turas, the FNP Information System.
  • Assist in data analysis to inform clinical practice and demonstrate programme delivery at individual and team levels.
  • Manage data reports for strategic meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging meetings, and documenting minutes. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for sharing with stakeholders.

Person specification

Training and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Maths and English GCSE (A-C) or equivalent.
  • ECDL or advanced keyboard skills.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • Clinical data inputting experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, databases, PowerPoint, Publisher.
  • Experience working in an office environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Report writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to clinical systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Other

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and training.
