rovide quality support to assigned Service Centres to ensure compliance with GDP and quality standards.
Undertake routine quality-related activities including quality oversight reviews, non-conformance management, facility temperature reviews, oversight of pest control records, management of outsourced activities and associated documentation, reporting quality metrics, and escalating issues in the event of poor quality or non-compliance with GDP requirements.
Support the Head of CLC and Quality Management team in maintaining and continuously improving standards of quality and compliance with GDP in the CLC.
Working with internal stakeholders to develop a quality culture incorporating continuous improvement across the central logistics centre and making recommendations to the Head of CLC.
Lead regular quality review meetings to discuss and address quality and compliance issues.
Perform quality audits to demonstrate compliance or identify opportunities for GDP and quality improvements.
Coach and mentor team members on quality standards and compliance practices.
Drive CLC CAPA performance, ensuring the adequacy of deviation investigations, timeliness of CAPA closure, and reducing the risk of recurrence to minimize the risk of stock loss/write-off resulting from poor compliance.
Support external audits of quality and GDP compliance in conjunction with people leaders and the wider quality team.
Lead quality risk management workshops and manage actions to reduce quality-related risks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality activities and compliance.
Report on quality metrics and escalating issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
