Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist!

Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring the highest standards in audit delivery? We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in upholding compliance, enhancing performance, and championing continuous improvement.

As our new Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll conduct daily and periodic quality checks, observe live audits, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. You’ll support the QA team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs), manage auditor performance, and contribute to process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and high-quality audit checks.
  • Maintain and update process documentation.
  • Communicate QA findings and scheme changes effectively.
  • Monitor and manage auditor performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure SLAs are met or escalate issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and share knowledge.
  • Participate actively in daily QA meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Transport Manager CPC qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in transport industry compliance.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with FORS or similar schemes.
  • ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualification and audit experience.
  • Experience managing auditor performance.

This is a hybrid role based anywhere in the UK, with monthly travel to our London office.
