The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Product Quality Specialist (Methods and Tools) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in quality assurance through the implementation of software tools, data analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and quality management.

Role Purpose:

• SAP and Software Systems: Lead the optimisation and integration of SAP systems—particularly the Quality Management (QM) module—to support quality assurance improvements and software change activities.
• Data Analytics and Innovation: Apply business intelligence and data analytics tools to solve quality challenges, including predictive analytics for early issue detection.
• Training and Development: Create and deliver training programmes to boost user capability and system adoption across quality management tools.
• User Support and System Management: Oversee user support, incident handling, and system maintenance to ensure effective and reliable tool usage.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices to improve product quality across the lifecycle, aiming to minimise quality issues and uphold industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and guidance on SAP quality modules and business intelligence tools.
• Set up and manage user accounts, ensuring security and system integrity.
• Lead the creation, testing, and rollout of tools and dashboards to enhance quality monitoring and insights.
• Coordinate software release and change cycles across teams, maintaining detailed documentation.
• Drive data-led corrective actions and process improvements.
• Manage SAP/QM configurations, including support for SAP HANA migration and system integration.
• Support harmonisation of quality assurance processes across international operations.
• Research and apply AI or advanced analytics to develop cutting-edge solutions in quality management.

What We're Looking For:

• Operational experience in product quality management.
• Prior experience in aerospace or defence engineering is a plus, but not essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP QM or SAP HANA, and experience in SAP project/change management is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to deliver impactful results.
