Job description

At MAF International, we are dedicated to supporting the people and communities we serve. We are currently seeking a committed individual to assist in the production of controlled documents and provide essential support to the Quality, Safety & Security (QSS) Services Team and Document Controllers in our programmes. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of our Quality, Safety & Security department.

Salary: £26,800 - £30,400 (Dependent on experience)

Closing Date: 28th April 2025

Interviews: Tuesday 13th May 2025

Responsibilities

QSS System Administration

1. Manage user access, configuration changes, and dashboards on the QSS database.
2. Oversee the QSS support ticketing system and track document change requests.
3. Assist in producing statistical reports and creating training materials.

QSS Team Support

1. Attend and document minutes for various QSS meetings.
2. Support meetings, training events, report production, and stakeholder coordination.
3. Assist with risk management reports and performance data analysis.

Document Production & Amendment

1. Format, proofread, and amend controlled company documents.
2. Utilise Web Manuals editing software and Confluence for manual and policy updates.
3. Facilitate document change processes and issue revisions.

Documentation Management

1. Process change requests using our in-house document control system.
2. Update manuals, policies, forms, and notices on the MAF Intranet (SharePoint) and Confluence.

Quality Control

1. Ensure all documents meet MAF standards before publishing.
2. Proofread and cross-reference changes across all affected documents.

Support For Programme Document Controllers

1. Provide regular communication and updates.
2. Share latest information and updates on procedures.
