The Role - Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager:

Risk and compliance officers ensure adherence to government regulations. As a Senior Manager, you will ensure CBRE complies with external regulations, internal policies, and client requirements, acting as a subject matter expert within the industry. This hybrid role involves travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational direction at the account level to enhance risk and compliance offerings.
  • Develop and circulate QHSE information, reviewing procedures periodically.
  • Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs, developing action plans for consistency.
  • Standardize documentation platforms to align with client expansion and expectations.
  • Implement documentation control procedures compliant with ISO standards.
  • Provide leadership on risk and compliance to campus teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Client Compliance team.
  • Ensure contractual and QHSE compliance for data centre operations.
  • Advise and influence teams to improve business outcomes.
  • Participate in engineering and operations meetings, supporting risk and compliance initiatives.
  • Support data centre solutions and transition projects.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for risk and compliance, providing metrics and reports.
  • Consult with clients and leadership on data centre operations.
  • Lead audits and develop risk and compliance strategies across the portfolio.
  • Drive incident management and root cause analysis to improve safety and quality.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and systems management software.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects across complex sites.
  • Understanding of regulatory landscapes and industry risks.
  • Experience in incident review and root cause analysis.
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills.
