Join our dynamic RFO team as a Quality & Reliability Engineer, where you\'ll lead quality assurance across the product lifecycle - from development to field returns. You\'ll be the go-to expert for root cause investigations, CAPA implementation, and supplier quality coordination. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

Your main tasks
  • Lead customer complaint investigations and deliver robust 8D reports
  • Champion continuous improvement and "Zero Defect" culture
  • Support audits, NPI, and change management activities
  • Drive supplier quality and resolve non-conformances
  • Communicate directly with customers and cross-functional teams
Your ideal background
  • Degree or HNC in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Assurance - or bring equivalent experience from aerospace, military, or automotive manufacturing
  • Technical mindset, hands-on experience, and confidence in interpreting complex drawings and specs
  • Good knowledge of quality tools like 8D, PFMEA, MSA, and APQP, and familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 standards
  • Experience with fiber optics or SAP is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, good organization of work, and ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
