Beiersdorf UK Ltd. is seeking a senior Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs leader to drive strategy and ensure compliance across Northern Europe. You will lead the QMS, oversee supplier quality and product releases, and manage regulatory registrations and UK/EU changes.

You will coach a small team of three SMEs, promote cross-functional collaboration, and align regional activities with global standards, while delivering continuous improvement and excellence in quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management and process improvement.
• Strong process mapping and optimisation capabilities.
• UK/EU regulatory experience or transferable regulatory knowledge.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QM and RA strategies across Northern Europe in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed global best practices across the business.
• Promote awareness and understanding of quality and regulatory requirements throughout the organisation.
• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOP implementation, training, and compliance monitoring.
• Oversee supplier assessments, audits, quality agreements, and approvals for logistics and value-added service providers.
• Manage product release processes, CAPA activities, and on-shelf quality monitoring.
• Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory changes, leading implementation across Supply Chain and wider business functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three subject matter experts, fostering engagement and high performance.
• Collaborate with regional and global QM & RA colleagues to share best practice and ensure alignment.
