Location: Upper Heyford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour

The Role

As a Quality Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections.
• Identifying defects, damage or issues that do not meet required standards.
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
• Recording and reporting any quality issues.
• Working as part of a team to resolve quality concerns.
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even minor defects.
• A methodical and thorough approach to work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience within quality control, inspection, manufacturing, production, automotive or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
