Job summary

ADM is seeking a Quality Operations Manager to lead the QA/QC team on the shop floor at the Lopen site. This high-impact role offers full oversight of QA across manufacturing, ensuring EU/UK GMP and food/feed standards while championing a right-first-time culture.

You will lead a hands-on team, own batch release, and act as the technical authority for quality excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline.
• 4+ years in QA/QC within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Desirable HACCP and food/feed safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC operations on the shop floor and coach the team.
• Own batch release and ensure real-time quality decision-making.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA delivery.
• Use KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Technical, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
