The Opportunity

The Quality Operations Associate works closely with operational teams, quality control, engineering, and other support functions to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards, and to deliver site quality metrics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform in-process checks to ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures, and resolve compliance issues.
  • Provide guidance on operational changes and improvements.
  • Support internal and external quality audits.
  • Train new team members and provide technical training on regulatory requirements.
  • Help achieve QA KPIs.
  • Ensure GMP, quality, batch-specific, and client requirements are followed in operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Prioritize workload, address quality issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Assist in investigations and incident meetings.
  • Represent quality in site meetings.
  • Apply problem-solving to identify root causes and implement CAPA.
  • Review batch documentation for GMP compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in quality environments and document systems is desirable.

All successful candidates must pass a DBS check before employment, which Dechra will fund.
