About the Role:

As a Quality & Improvement Monitoring Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Quality Assurance and Commissioning teams in delivering outstanding quality functions across Warwickshire County Council. Your expertise will help ensure that our commissioned services meet the highest standards, benefiting service users in Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance:Collaborate with Quality Assurance Officers and Commissioners to gather, analyse, and present data, ensuring high standards in commissioned services.
  • Data Management:Utilise and enhance the Power BI Quality Dashboard to maximise the benefits of gathered information.
  • Stakeholder Support:Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders, helping them navigate and utilise quality assurance tools effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring:Oversee the Quarterly Performance Return process, ensuring timely and efficient data collection and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on policies, procedures, and best practices in quality assurance, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background:A-level standard education or equivalent experience in service improvement, quality assurance, or performance management.
  • Experience:Proven track record in data preparation, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other Microsoft tools.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey innovative ideas to aid continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Mindset:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
