A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Worcester Area! With no day ever being the same, the Quality Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the Engineering, Quality and Research and Development teams
2. Manage a team of quality engineers
3. Lead quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and testing to comply with ISO9001
4. Develop and implement product design and development strategies
5. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Strong ERP Systems knowledge and experience
2. Experience or knowledge of LOLER
3. ISO9001 knowledge and experience
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical bias
5. Professionally trained and certified in Quality Management
