Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems Limited in Doncaster is seeking a hands-on Head of Quality to lead the UK Quality team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction across manufacturing and aftersales. You will resolve complex issues, improve processes and reduce risk with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires ISO 9001 knowledge, experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC), and ability to interpret drawings and use measurement equipment.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading quality activities within manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC and control plans.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and using measurement equipment.
