The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, recognized quality certifications, and significant experience implementing quality systems in international teams. This role promotes a culture of excellence in managing quality throughout various projects, ensuring best practices and risk management are effectively executed.

The Quality Manager has the responsibility forensuring processes are embedded and understood in projects, packages, and support functions throughout the organisation.This will be accomplished through teaching, coaching, and facilitating implementation of Quality tools and systems.
The Quality Manager is responsible for influencing others to effectively utilizeQuality tools and systems and propagating a continuous improvement culture, thereby accelerating progress toward optimal application of Orsted Quality systems.
