Are you a Quality Manager or similar with a background in the manufacturing industry looking to take the next step in your career and manage your own team within a market-leading manufacturer, who will give you the opportunity to manage your own quality department.

The company is a well-established food manufacturing company who provide packaging to companies like ITSU, Alston Dairy, Llaeth Y Llan's. They have built a broad client base and are looking for someone in their Quality Department to help deal with their ever-increasing workload.

This varied role will see you heading up the quality department within the factory based near Sedgefield, you will be responsible adhering to the BRCGS program to ensure compliance. This role will also see you maintain the HARM/HACCP whilst also carrying out internal audits along with root cause analysis make sure all packaging is adhered to the correct legislation.

This role would suit a Quality Manager or similar looking to progress in the Food Packaging industry, becoming a leader within a company who will give you the ability to own the role and spearhead the department.

The Role:

Day-to-day management of the Quality department

Adhere to BRCGS programme

Liaise with Suppliers and Senior Management

Ensure Reporting and Resolution of Quality issues
