Quality Manager - Shropshire - c 45,000

Overview: This is a brand-new position within the business and a great opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a growing company with expansion plans.

About You:

• You will have quality management experience in UK food manufacturing supplying UK retailers.
• Experience of working with BRC and quality management systems
• Proven track record of improving quality and food safety
• As Quality Manager, you will need HACCP Level 3

What will you be doing?

• This role reports to the Head of Technical and you will have full autonomy within your role.
• Development and continuous improvement of all sections of BRC & HACCP to keep the AA grade.
• Training of the production team ensuring that they are all aware of the importance of food safety systems.
• Ensure micro testing is completed per schedule.
• As Quality Manager, you will lead BRC and relevant customer site visits.
