About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Manager to join our client’s team in Coventry. This role is critical in driving quality excellence, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity plans, ensuring timely sign-off of 8D reports.
• Oversee and update quality accreditations, with a focus on maintaining IATF compliance.
• Design and implement quality control processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise product development processes to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits, address non-conformance issues, and lead corrective action initiatives.
• Drive compliance objectives, track progress, and deliver regular reports on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Certified IATF Auditor with proven expertise in quality standards and compliance.

Skills

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in quality management roles, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Working Hours

• 37 hours per week:
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
