A Leading Manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their well-established Senior Management Team. This opportunity offers great security and stability in the current economic climate, with progressive development whilst being supported by a friendly and welcoming team.

Role Description

1. Implement and maintain quality policy, processes and guidelines
2. Support functional managers with quality requirements, including those from customers and stakeholders
3. Develop Quality Strategy objectives and KPI's
4. Implement and maintain an integrated management system to meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
5. Lead 8D and root cause analysis
6. Identify areas of improvement across all aspects of the department/team/site and work to implement solutions
7. Full management of team personnel, looking after budgeting, training, and development

Skills and Qualifications

1. Over 3 years experience at Quality Manager level
2. Qualified ISO 9001 Auditor
3. 3 years ISO 9001 experience, knowledge of 14001, 45001
4. Root cause analysis and 8D
5. Process capability
