Job Opportunity: Quality Manager

We are pleased to present a new opportunity with a passionate grower of high-quality Fresh Produce, supplying directly to depots on behalf of suppliers to key retail customers.

The Quality Manager will lead a team of Quality Controllers, supported by a Quality Supervisor, to ensure product quality and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the QC team to maintain high standards across operations and product quality
2. Providing quality assessments, strategies, policies, and processes
3. Managing internal audit schedules and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in the Fresh Produce / Fresh Food sector, with knowledge of short shelf life products
• Previous experience in a Quality Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager role
• Excellent communication, numerical, and literacy skills
• Personable and positive attitude

• Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per year
