Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality standards across our production kitchen environment in Knightsbridge. You will implement and embed a best-in-class QMS and coach the Quality Controllers and kitchen teams to uphold high standards.

This on-site role requires HACCP Level 3, knowledge of BRC/GFSI standards, and a track record in food manufacturing or service. You will partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and deliver KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 HACCP qualification.
• Strong knowledge of BRC or equivalent GFSI standards.
• Proven experience leading quality management in food manufacturing or food service environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Lead and develop the Quality Control function, ensuring strong capability and understanding across the team.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement effective reduction and prevention strategies.
• Partner with operations to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Coach and influence chefs and kitchen teams to embed food safety ownership and a strong quality culture.
