Overview

Quality Manager role for a well-established engineering subcontractor serving the Yellow Construction Industry (laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc.). Reports to the board and is responsible for all aspects of the quality management system to ensure quality is integral to the business ethos.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all aspects of quality management within the organisation
• Manage the quality team
• Act as main liaison between the client and customers on quality and compliance
• Analyse and review customer performance
• Lead the development and enforcement of the quality management system ISO 9001
• Oversee internal and external audits
• Visit customer sites for meetings and reviews
