JOB TITLE: Quality Manager

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who have forged a profitable niche for themselves working predominantly within the “Yellow Construction Industry” (diggers, FLT, dumpers, etc.). They offer their clients a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc.

The Role

Our client are recruiting a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the board. You will be responsible for all aspects of the quality management system as quality is integral to the ethos of the organisation. The role will involve:

• Assume responsibility for everything quality
• Manage quality team
• Main liaison between Client and customers on quality & compliance
• Analyse and review customer performance
• Lead on the development & enforcement of the quality management system ISO9001
• Oversee audits both internal and external
• Visit customer sites for meetings and reviews
