Job summary

V7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality for hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics, with activities in Finland and Norway. The role will include directing the Quality team and coordinating with Client and Contractor Quality groups on complex construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive quality management experience on major construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments and manage quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management for the project, acting as the interface between Client and Contractor Quality teams.
• Manage the project Quality team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded timely.
• Prepare, develop, and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in line with owner specifications.
• Communicate quality specifications to service providers and integrators.
• Establish project-specific requirements for Factory Witness Testing and off-site quality activities.
