Are you an experienced Quality Manager with aerospace knowledge seeking a fresh challenge within a cutting-edge engineering environment? The position is office-based, five days a week, and offers a collaborative environment committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality department across manufacturing activities.
  • Provide leadership and performance management to the quality team, including appraisals and development.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for all product quality matters, including FAIRs, PPAPs, and concessions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and implement corrective actions to drive quality improvements.
  • Prepare and review quality KPIs, using data to inform performance improvement initiatives.

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Experience managing audits, leading teams, and implementing quality assurance processes.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £50,000 depending on experience

  • 257 hours annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus birthday leave
