Salary: 90-110k Base plus Bonus

Seeking a Quality Manager in a manufacturing company in York, PA

Essential Skills of the Job:

• Lead the Quality Function for the manufacturing company
• Develop, build, and sustain the QMS system for the plant to ensure product compliance with all established specifications
• Drive all quality-related metrics for the plant (candidate must be metric-oriented)
• Provide leadership to Quality Engineers and other staff towards key quality initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for quality projects
• Act as the chief problem solver for major internal and external corrective actions
• Manage key quality processes, procedures, and policies
• Utilize FMEAs
• Conduct daily quality audits throughout the plant
• Ensure incoming quality from suppliers is properly measured and initiate corrective actions when necessary

Desired Education, Experience, and Qualities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
• Experience with ISO implementation and maintenance
• Green Belt or higher certification
• Familiarity with all CI tools related to quality, including FMEAs, PPAPs, and Six Sigma
• Strong problem-solving skills and good interaction skills with internal and external customers
• Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer certifications are a plus
