We’re working with a well-established food manufacturer in the Midlands that’s serious about standards and getting things right. They’re looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of site compliance, lead the QA team, and make sure everything runs to the highest spec—day in, day out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager, or someone ready to step up from a Senior QA/Quality Supervisor role
• Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, food safety legislation, and audit readiness
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
• Calm under pressure, with a passion for doing things right
• Food manufacturing experience required
