A leading training organization is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and implement quality systems and ensure compliance across departments. The role requires proven experience in quality assurance and strong knowledge of QA methodologies. This is a home-based role with a salary of £36,000 plus benefits, including additional uplift for Welsh speaking.

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead our QA strategy and champion continuous improvement across the business.
As our Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality systems and collaborating across departments to ensure compliance is maintained.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our quality culture and delivering operational excellence.
This is a home-based (field-based) role, therefore the ability to travel is essential.
Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum, PLUS a £1000 uplift for Welsh speaking.

Base: Home-based (field-based).
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), reduced hours will be considered.
