Overview

Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring high standards across products, services, and processes?

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead our QA strategy and champion continuous improvement across the business.

As our Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality systems and collaborating across departments to ensure compliance is maintained.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our quality culture and delivering operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Line management duties.
  • Ensure compliance to Awarding Organisations, External stakeholders and assessment strategy requirements for all accredited qualifications.
  • Lead ALN activities.
  • Lead on Portal’s Self-assessment and monitor the Quality Development Plan.
  • Drive curriculum activities and adherence to stakeholder requirements.
  • Be the point of contact for all Awarding Organisations (AO).
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality management role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
  • Effective communicator with leadership experience.
  • Relevant qualifications (V1, Assessors Qualification)

This is a home-based (field-based) role, therefore the ability to travel is essential.

Starting Salary: £36,000 per annum, PLUS a £1000 uplift for Welsh speaking.

Base: Home-based (field-based).

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), reduced hours will be considered.
