Job Title - Quality Manager

Location - UK

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? Join our team as a Quality Manager! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with established procedures, standards, and regulatory frameworks. You'll lead quality initiatives, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement throughout our organization. If you're ready to make a significant impact and elevate our quality standards, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage the quality team to align with company goals and standards. Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the IMS.

  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedural changes and compliance reports.

  • Monitor and report on quality performance, including KPIs and non-conformities. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.

  • Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes and practices.

Experience:

  • Knowledge of managing quality in an engineering and construction environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in problem-solving, team building, and decision-making.

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., science, engineering).

  • Certifications: ISO Lead Auditor qualification is preferred.
