The Role:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will oversee external audits, maintain ISO accreditation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of health & safety procedures would be advantageous.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in external audits and supplier quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Manufacturing background is essential.
• Some health & safety knowledge would be beneficial.
• Ability to travel internationally approximately four times a year.
• Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).

The Package:

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000.
• Hybrid working option (1 day per week after probation).
• Early finish on Fridays.
• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays.
