Role Responsibilities:

The role involves ensuring compliance with all Quality procedures and maintaining all Quality standards, including achieving other standards as required. You will lead a team comprising a Quality Engineer, an administrator, and two inspectors, reporting directly to the MD with regular open communication.

Responsibilities include quality reporting, customer quality (corrective actions and continuous improvement), QMS management (ISO, IATF, AS, NADCAP), NPI, calibration, and contributing to Health & Safety initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

You need to be a confident and proactive individual who can influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Technical expertise to interpret and manage multiple quality standards is essential.

Additional Details:
