Job Description

As the Quality Manager you will be tasked with the following:

1. Management of Quality Control policies
2. Line Management of the Quality Control team
3. Lead knowledge and training on measurement and assessment techniques as well as calibration equipment
4. Disposition of non-conforming products
5. Product quality compliance to specifications
6. Promotion and development of quality control capability through new technology, equipment and techniques
7. Responsibility for customer focus

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

1. Experienced quality professional
2. Experience in managing a Quality Control team
3. Strong metrology skills including programming CMM machines
4. Experience in geometric tolerancing and calibration processes
5. A form of engineering degree preferred

What's on Offer

• £35,000-£45,000 Salary
• 20 days holiday per annum (pro-rata) running Jan-Dec, plus 3 days over the Christmas period and all statutory days
