Our client is a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. They have built a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

Your new role

Our client is seeking a proactive Quality Manager with experience in construction projects and a strong working knowledge of Field View to oversee quality assurance and compliance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management systems.
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and site visits to monitor compliance with procedures and standards.
  • Using Field View to record, track, and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Identifying risks and implementing measures to prevent defects or non-compliance.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and clients.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including health & safety and building regulations.
What you will need to succeed
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager within construction projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Field View or similar QA/QC software.
  • Sound understanding of quality management systems, standards, and construction regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams to drive quality improvements.

  • Relevant construction or quality management qualifications (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work across multiple sites.
