Your new role
Our client is seeking a proactive Quality Manager with experience in construction projects and a strong working knowledge of Field View to oversee quality assurance and compliance across multiple projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management systems.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and site visits to monitor compliance with procedures and standards.
- Using Field View to record, track, and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identifying risks and implementing measures to prevent defects or non-compliance.
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and clients.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and training.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including health & safety and building regulations.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager within construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Field View or similar QA/QC software.
- Sound understanding of quality management systems, standards, and construction regulations.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence teams to drive quality improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Relevant construction or quality management qualifications (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent).
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work across multiple sites.
