A leading technology organization in Oxford is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to maintain and develop the Quality Management System. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, leading the Quality Team, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015. At Oxford Instruments, we enable the world’s leading industrial companies and scientific research communities to image, analyse and manipulate materials down to the atomic and molecular level. Our NanoScience business is growing and we are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) for NanoScience. This role involves working with the business to ensure day-to-day quality, implementing tools and processes, and delivering on the diagnosis and resolution of daily problems as well as quality aspects of new product implementation.
In this role you will report to Senior Management, lead the Quality Team, and engage with the wider business and suppliers to promote change and continuous improvement. The position contributes to and integrates with the business strategy and involves developing KPIs, establishing the audit system, and maintaining ISO9001:2015 (and other standards as applicable).
