Quality Manager

• Location: Newham, East London
• Salary: up to 55k
• Type: Full-time, onsite

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Newham, East London.

Job Purpose

• Ensure educational policies and standards are consistently followed.
• Write reports for internal and external use to maintain and improve academic quality.
• Assist in preparing for degree-awarding authority applications.

Main Duties

• Keep academic policies up to date and ensure they are applied correctly.
• Work with partner institutions to maintain compliance with their regulations.
• Help the organization prepare for official recognition as a degree-awarding body.
• Create detailed reports using data analysis for decision-making and improvement.
• Oversee program approvals, accreditation, and academic evaluations.
• Manage academic complaints, misconduct cases, and appeals efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of academic quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in writing detailed analytical reports.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Full rights to work in the UK.
