Quality Manager

Manchester (East), site based

Competitive Salary plus Benefits

8am–4pm, Mon–Fri

Are you an experienced Quality Manager from a manufacturing background, looking for a role on a large production site offering job security and long-term progression?

The role is within a major manufacturer in their market and will include first and second line management of a small team, working to ISO/9001 standards.

The role offers a great deal of variety, plus collaboration with both the after-sales and production teams.

The Role

  1. Full-time, permanent site-based position on a large manufacturing production site
  2. Direct management of 2 staff
  3. Focusing on a right-first-time culture, collaborative work between quality and production, improving quality processes, and reducing quality defects


The Person

  1. Academic/working background in manufacturing engineering
  2. Experience as a Quality Manager, including staff management
  3. Understanding of lean, 5Y, 8D, and fishbone
  4. Understanding of process flow methodology
