We're looking for a Quality Manager to join a healthcare-focused organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, laboratory, or pharmaceutical quality systems, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support compliance activities including audits, complaints handling, and SOP reviews.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards including CQC and HFEA ( experience with HFEA is highly desirable).
  • Manage weekly complaint reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Group Quality Manager.
  • Maintain and enhance quality documentation and systems.

About You

  • Experience in healthcare, fertility, laboratory, or pharmaceutical quality management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Qualification relevant to CQC compliance is preferred.

Desirable

  • Prior exposure to fertility services or HFEA-regulated environments.
