We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to head up the Quality function and ensure operations meet the highest standards in safety, compliance and performance for a global Aerospace manufacturer.

What You'll Do

As Quality Manager, you'll be a key leader in operations, reporting directly to the VP of Operations and managing a team of six. You'll:

  • Lead all product and process quality and compliance activities across UK and US sites.
  • Take charge of external audits with regulatory bodies such as the CAA and FAA, ensuring full compliance.
  • Champion continuous improvement, embedding a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to AS9100 standards and other aerospace regulations.
  • Guide and develop your Quality team, ensuring excellence in inspections and reporting.
  • Lead MRB activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Provide insights through quality data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For

A proven Quality leader with:

  • Strong knowledge of FAA and CAA regulations.
  • Experience leading Quality teams in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
