Quality Manager

Location: Ruislip

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus

We have a rare opportunity for a driven and hands-on Quality professional to lead and shape the future of quality within a well-established manufacturing company.

Following the retirement of a long-standing Quality Manager, this role offers the chance to bring clarity, energy, and structure to the quality function, setting new standards and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring consistency and rigor across operations
• Manage quality systems, compliance, and improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections to meet and exceed standards
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across departments
• Investigate non-conformities and incidents, ensuring proper root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Coach and develop your team while collaborating cross-functionally
• Bring structured thinking to advance the quality function

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience leading quality systems in manufacturing environments
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory standards
• Strong audit and compliance understanding
