Salary: £43,166 - £48,633

Contract: permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of our College Quality Cycle. Reporting to the Director of Teaching & Learning and Quality, this pivotal role will foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting colleagues to be their best and making a lasting impact on our students’ success.

What You'll Do:

Lead on quality assurance and improvement across all programmes and departments.

Coordinate external quality processes with awarding organisations.

Shape and deliver college-wide quality training and standardisation activities.

Provide insight through analysis of performance data to inform strategy and practice.

Support robust self-assessment processes and quality improvement planning.

Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance the student experience at every level.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in managing or coordinating educational provision with proven impact.

Deep understanding of FE sector priorities, policies, and funding mechanisms.

Assessor and Verifier qualifications (and ideally a recognised teaching qualification).

Demonstrated ability to lead others, improve teaching and learning, and analyse quality data.

A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and a passion for educational excellence.
