Overview

Quality Manager - Cleaning Services

Location: Leicester, LE3
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible shifts including early mornings/evenings)
Contract: Permanent

We are currently seeking a Quality Manager with experience in facilities or cleaning services to join a well-established team based in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone with strong auditing, training, and communication skills who can ensure service standards are maintained and improved across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site audits to assess service quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on staff attendance using an app-based system.
  • Manage ISO 9002 and ISO 14002 systems, including internal audits and documentation.
  • Address non-conformances and support operational staff with corrective actions.
  • Lead staff onboarding, induction, and ongoing training (Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR, Safeguarding).
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify service improvements.
  • Monitor and follow up on weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Support staff wellbeing through regular check-ins and reviews.
Requirements
  • Experience in quality management within cleaning/facilities or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and auditing processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work varying hours including early mornings and evenings.
  • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for site visits).
  • Right to work in the UK and DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
