Quality Manager – Manufacturing

£70,000 - £80,000 + Package

This role is a real opportunity to build and enhance an already engaged culture. You’ll grow and develop ‘everything Quality’ on a site which is continually evolving.

Working with a passionate and extremely supportive Quality Director, you’ll have the freedom to be yourself and lead the site through all things Quality, taking the lead on process, policy and training implementation and roll out.

You will engage with everyone on the site to share, teach and implement best practices complying with all set standards through the business and its customers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Highly experienced in Quality management at a leadership level, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
2. Strong understanding and in-depth experience of leading a site's performance and growth of quality function.
