Quality Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 plus car allowance
My client is an award-winning charity supporting people and promoting them to live their best lives possible. Working alongside the management team, you will implement forward-thinking strategies to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality care services, allowing people to live as independently as possible. This is a regional position with the expectation of travel.
Responsibilities
- Travel regionally to support staff in the operational functions of the services including quality improvement, audits, and training to ensure service delivery excellence using SMART goals.
- Coaching staff to ensure performance is maximized and promoting and supporting continuous development.
- Work closely with the senior operational team.
- Implement and monitor strategies, supporting with remedial action plans where needed.
- Identify trends to create improvement plans ensuring high-quality standards across the region.
- Adhere to regulatory processes e.g. safeguarding, data protection, health and safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector.
- Professional qualification relevant to health and social care.
- Experience in auditing and quality inspections.
- Familiarity with SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards.
- Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
