Position Overview

Joining as their Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the food safety culture across the factory. As a key member of the Technical and Quality team, you’ll proactively manage relationships with customer technical counterparts. Your confidence and ability will extend to assisting on customer audits and visits, working closely with the Operations team to ensure quality systems and procedures are followed across the site.

This is a great time to join the business as they undergo a range of new initiatives and in some areas, you will help guide them too.

Team Management

This role will be managing a relatively large team compared to the size of the overall site, which hopefully points to the investment and standing they give to technical/quality within the site but also parent company.

Qualifications
